Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 virus will be changing some things for Thursday’s, January 14th Food Pantry.
1. We will distribute food starting at 12:00PM until 3:00PM on a first come first served basis. We will observe social distancing and suggested sanitation procedures.
2. There will be no clothing and toiletries distributed at this time. please do not donate any of these items.
3. We will hand the food to the clients in your car. Please follow the cones in the parking lot. There will be no shopping.
4. You will not have to sign for your food. We will register everyone at the time you pick up your food.
We are trying to comply with guidelines from the Food Bank and State government. We hope you will have patience and understanding in this difficult time. May God Bless you and your families.
The Food Pantry is in need of the following items : soup, gravy, canned veggies and pasta.
Mark Leipert is collecting supplies for the Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Rescue. Pull tabs from aluminum cans for dialysis credits. Their will be a box setup in the Narthex for drop off on Wednesdays. Joyce will be in the office.
We would like to thank the United Fund of Gloucester County for the generous grant for the purchase of equipment and food to be better able to feed our clients who are food insecure.
Angelic Health Hospice is looking for volunteers to visit hospice patients (where appropriate) or make phone call visits when COVID restrictions are in place. Your support would mean so much to hospice patients and their loved ones, and those who may otherwise be isolated. Other volunteer opportunities include making masks, and gifts for our patients.
